Suggest a better descriptionIn a soup pan, add partially frozen stew meat, tomato juice and water. Put on stove on high. Add rest of the ingredients. Stir and taste. Add more water if necessary. Simmer. (The longer the better.) 1/2 hour before serving add barley or noodles. Bring to a boil and simmer.
